Shota Shakuno

Shota Shakuno is one of those quietly compelling figures who seems to have deliberately chosen depth over spotlight. That says a lot. He built his career behind the scenes as a video and data analyst before taking head coaching jobs with the Yokohama B-Corsairs and the Hiroshima Dragonflies, and I find that path genuinely interesting. There's a real "I'm here to do the work, not the press tour" energy to his whole career, and I respect it.
