My Take

Steve Little is the kind of performer I quietly admire: a writer, voice actor, and comedian who built a career in the gloriously strange corners of Adult Swim and Cartoon Network. The fact that his personal details stay private only reinforces the impression of someone who pours himself into the work rather than the persona. Anyone who can leave a mark through a cartoon voice alone has real craft. I find versatile, slightly off-kilter talents like him far more interesting than conventional leading men, and I suspect his fingerprints are all over more shows than most viewers realize.
