Wilbur Soot

Wilbur Soot is, I think, exactly what modern fame looks like. Born William Patrick Gold in 1996, he rose through Minecraft content and Twitch streaming, then quietly grew into a genuinely affecting singer-songwriter. What fascinates me is how someone from the playful world of game streaming produces music that aches with loneliness and longing. Connecting with millions through a screen while still writing something so intimate takes real sensitivity. He is proof that internet-native creativity can reach surprising emotional depth, and I am genuinely curious where he goes next.
