Akane Okada

Akane Okada is one of those actors who quietly does the work without making a lot of noise about it — born in 1983 in Shiga Prefecture, and trained in everything from kendo to vocal music, guitar, piano and tap dance. She spent two decades on stage, screen and in commercials from 1999 before going on hiatus in 2021, and I'll admit I haven't followed her work as closely as I should have.
