Amane Tsukiashi

Born in 1999 in Yanagawa, Fukuoka, she passed the HKT48 fourth generation audition at sixteen and graduated in March 2020, at a farewell show played to an empty hall. The part I find genuinely impressive is what came afterwards. Leaving a big group usually means quietly disappearing from view; instead she signed with Asobisystem and started over as a member of FRUITS ZIPPER, with gravure and radio work alongside it. Second acts in this industry are harder than debuts, because the novelty is gone and the comparison is no longer with your rivals but with your younger self. She is still here and still working.
