De'Aaron Fox

De'Aaron Fox is one of those players who genuinely makes you stop scrolling and actually watch basketball. The guy is flat-out fast — like, uncomfortably fast for someone his size — and he turned that speed into a legitimate superstar career after being drafted fifth overall by Sacramento in 2017. He spent years carrying the Kings almost single-handedly, putting up big scoring nights on a team that wasn't exactly loaded with help, which earned him real respect around the league. The Swipa nickname fits perfectly: he just swipes the ball and he's gone before you've processed what happened. The trade to San Antonio felt like a new chapter worth following, and honestly I think the best version of Fox might still be ahead of him. Out of New Orleans, through Kentucky, into the NBA grind — the whole arc has been quietly impressive.
