My Take

Honestly, ELLY is one of those guys I find way more interesting the more you dig into him. Hearing he's from Misawa up in Aomori threw me a little — there's something poetic about a hard-hitting rapper and dancer coming out of a cold, windswept northern town. What gets me is the range: he can be the flashy one bouncing front-and-center, but he's also the choreographer quietly architecting how the whole picture moves, which is a rarer skill combo than people give credit for.
