Gus G

Gus G is, to me, one of the most inspiring success stories in modern metal. A guitarist from Thessaloniki who built his own band Firewind and then earned the seat beside Ozzy Osbourne, a position countless players dream of. That arc, from Greece to the global frontline through Arch Enemy and Nightrage, speaks to relentless work ethic and genuine talent. I appreciate that he is not just a shredder but a composer and songwriter with a full creative vision. Born in 1980, he is in his prime, and I expect his story still has many chapters worth following.
