Jamie Clayton

Jamie Clayton strikes me as a genuine trailblazer. From Nomi in Sense8, which won hearts worldwide, to The L Word: Generation Q and her commanding Pinhead in the 2022 Hellraiser, her range is remarkable. As a transgender actress she carved a path where none existed, yet what I admire most is that she never plays for sympathy, she simply commands the frame. There's a poise rooted in her modelling background fused with real menace and gravity when a role demands it. Patient, grounded, building credit one performance at a time, she has my sincere respect.
