Kathryn Prescott

Kathryn Prescott will always be Emily Fitch to me, one of the quietly defining roles of British teen television in Skins. What I find interesting is that she didn't coast on that ensemble fame; she crossed the Atlantic to carry Finding Carter as the title character, which is a real test of whether someone can lead rather than just shine in a group. Born in Palmers Green, London, and starting out alongside her twin sister Megan, she moved from stage to screen to voice work, which suggests an actor curious about every side of the craft.
