Kurumi Sakamoto

Born on Valentine's Day — I mean, come on, that detail alone does a lot of heavy lifting. Kurumi Sakamoto is a race queen, which is already one of those only-in-Japan careers that sounds impossibly glamorous from the outside, and she apparently walked into that world while attending Kanagawa University, which tells me she wasn't just drifting — she made a deliberate call. The circuit is a genuinely unforgiving stage: harsh lighting, loud crowds, cameras everywhere, and you're expected to be poised through all of it. That takes a real backbone, not just a good look. She graduated from Kanagawa University in 2015 and started as a Super GT race queen that same spring, which says a lot about how she balanced the two. She shows up where it counts, and her poise does the rest.
