My Take
Linden Ashby is one of those actors I knew long before I knew his name, which I mean as a compliment. For a generation he's Sheriff Noah Stilinski from Teen Wolf, the steady, decent dad anchoring all that supernatural chaos, and before that he was on Melrose Place.
