My Take
Lola Glaudini will always be Elle Greenaway to me, one of the original profilers on Criminal Minds before the show was a phenomenon. She gave Elle a sharp, slightly guarded toughness, and her exit storyline after a traumatic attack was genuinely one of the boldest early arcs the series ran, handled with real emotional honesty. She's a quintessential New York character actress: a little prickly, very real, never showy. You've seen her pop up in everything from The Sopranos to Blow, always sharpening a scene. I think she's one of those reliably excellent performers who deserved a bigger leading platform.
