Lory Del Santo

Lory Del Santo embodies a certain old-school Italian glamour, rising from Povegliano Veronese in the Province of Verona through modeling, pageantry, and acting. But what genuinely interests me is her move behind the camera as a director. It's one thing to be looked at; it's another to decide what gets shown. That willingness to control her own narrative, rather than simply pose within someone else's, is the more durable kind of ambition. Her life has clearly held its share of turbulence, yet she keeps creating. I respect performers who refuse to fade quietly and keep insisting on a voice.
