Lucy Fry

Lucy Fry strikes me as an actor still climbing toward her ceiling, which is the most exciting kind to watch. The Australian, all poise and screen presence at 175 cm, broke through on Mako and Vampire Academy, but it was playing Marina Oswald in 11.22.63 that showed me real range. Carrying weight in material that heavy takes nerve. Born in 1992, she has plenty of runway, and I suspect her best roles are ahead. I like performers who pair a striking, model-ready look with genuine grit underneath. I'm quietly betting she lands something that finally makes everyone notice.
