My Take
Marc Evan Jackson is my favorite kind of actor, the dependable supporting player a smart showrunner keeps calling back. As a Michael Schur regular across Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Parks and Recreation, and The Good Place, he brings a dry, grounded presence that makes every scene land. The fact that he juggles voice work, comedy, and podcasting tells me he understands timing from every angle. I have always admired craftsmen over showboats, and Jackson is a craftsman, the guy who quietly elevates an ensemble. Being trusted again and again by the same creators is, to me, the truest proof of real ability.
