My Take
What I admire about Michael Reiziger is the quiet integrity of the right back. He spent his career doing the unglamorous, high-responsibility work of shutting down opposing wingers rather than chasing highlight-reel glory, and that mindset reads as deeply professional to me. The fact that he now manages the Netherlands U21 side feels fitting: a man who built his game on discipline and positioning passing that knowledge to the next generation. People like Reiziger rarely trend, but they are exactly the kind of figures who hold a football culture together, and I find that genuinely worth respecting.
