Niharika Konidela

Niharika Konidela interests me less as an on-screen face and more as a builder. Coming out of Hyderabad, the heart of Telugu cinema, she could have coasted on visibility alone, but founding her own banner, Pink Elephant Pictures, and producing films and web series puts her on the rarer, harder side of the camera. That dual instinct, performer and entrepreneur, tends to outlast pure stardom. Her 2016 debut in Oka Manasu reads as a patient, deliberate start rather than an overnight splash. I respect people who quietly take ownership of their careers, and she seems to be one of them.
