Rex Linn

Rex Linn is the kind of actor I trust precisely because he never demands the spotlight. Born in tiny Spearman, Texas, he carries a weathered, lived-in authority that makes every scene feel grounded, whether he is Sgt. Tripp on CSI: Miami or the slick banker Kevin Wachtell on Better Call Saul. What I admire most is his longevity: he built a four-decade career on reliability rather than flash, going toe-to-toe with Stallone as a villain in Cliffhanger and quietly stacking credits ever since. That Oklahoma State drawl and unhurried presence are, to me, an underrated kind of star power worth celebrating.
