My Take

What draws me to Rhys Williams is his quiet usefulness. Born in Perth and capped by Australia, he played nearly every outfield role for Middlesbrough, slotting in at centre back, defensive midfield or right back as needed. That kind of player rarely gets headlines, but I value him more than the showy ones.
