Safra Catz

Safra Catz is one of the most quietly formidable executives in tech. Born in Holon, Israel, and educated at Wharton and Harvard Law School, she became the financial and operational backbone of Oracle, rising from CFO to CEO beside Larry Ellison. What I respect most is her willingness to wield enormous power without chasing the spotlight; she ran the engine room while the founder grabbed headlines. In an industry obsessed with charismatic visionaries, the discipline of someone who actually makes the numbers work is underrated. Her trajectory as an immigrant leading an American tech giant is, frankly, a story in itself.
