Saito Ayano

Saito Ayano is the kind of working actor I find quietly interesting. From Miyagi Prefecture, she modeled while at university, then moved to Tokyo after graduating and built a steady run of small TV roles, commercials and films. What stands out to me is that she was trusted as a dialect coach on NHK's Amachan and Hiyokko, turning her regional roots into a real professional asset. That is the kind of skill that makes productions better without ever grabbing the spotlight.
