Sebastián Yatra

Sebastián Yatra has a gift I genuinely envy: he can sing unabashedly romantic lyrics without a trace of irony, and make it sound effortless. From Medellín, he broke through with Traicionera in 2016 and has since blended classic Latin pop balladry with reggaeton energy, picking up Latin Grammy recognition and even branching into acting. In a genre that can lean heavily on bravado, his warmth feels distinctive. I hope he keeps exporting that sunny Colombian charm to dance floors around the world.
