My Take

Sheraldo Becker is one of those Bundesliga finds I really enjoyed watching come alive. At Union Berlin he turned raw pace into genuine end product, terrorizing defences and becoming a key figure in that scrappy, overachieving side. Born in Amsterdam with an Ajax background but choosing to represent Suriname internationally, he's a great example of football's tangled, multinational identities. For me his appeal is the directness; when he's running at a back line in space, it's thrilling. He's proof that a late-blooming forward can find the perfect system and suddenly look like a completely different player.
