Shivon Zilis

Shivon Zilis is the kind of polymath profile I find genuinely fascinating. A Yale graduate who played ice hockey and then turned venture capitalist and executive, she embodies a rare throughline: the competitive instinct that thrives on the rink translates surprisingly well to high-stakes bets on technology. Crossing from athletics into the frontier of tech investment takes a discipline most people never develop in one field, let alone two. I respect that range, and the steadiness underneath it.
