My Take

What impresses me most about Wilmer Valderrama is the sheer durability of his career. Plenty of actors land one iconic sitcom role and spend decades chasing its shadow; he turned Fez into a launching pad instead of a cage. Reinventing himself as Nick Torres on NCIS, a grounded and physical dramatic role, was a genuinely bold pivot, and voicing Agustin in Encanto revealed a warmth his sitcom work only hinted at. He strikes me as a performer who understands that longevity is built on range, not nostalgia. Nearly three decades in, he keeps finding new audiences, and I respect that enormously.
