My Take
Andy Gavin is something of a hero to anyone who grew up with a controller in hand. Co-founding Naughty Dog with his childhood friend Jason Rubin and birthing Crash Bandicoot and Jak and Daxter is already a legacy most could only dream of. I deeply admire creators who marry technical brilliance with genuine fun, and Gavin made joy for millions. That is a life worth celebrating.
