Armin van Buuren

What fascinates me about Armin van Buuren is the road not taken. He earned a law degree at Leiden University and then chose the DJ booth instead, a gamble that paid off spectacularly. I respect that nerve. Hosting A State of Trance to roughly forty million listeners across eighty-four countries for over two decades is not luck; it's relentless craft and consistency. Born on Christmas Day, he has spent his life handing out euphoria on dancefloors worldwide, and the Order of Orange-Nassau confirms his standing as a national treasure. To me he embodies discipline disguised as celebration.
