Azusa Fujiwara

Tamano, Okayama — that's a pretty niche hometown, and honestly it stuck with me the moment I saw it. There's something about someone growing up near the calm Seto Inland Sea and then choosing the loud, glittery world of idol life that I find quietly interesting. She joined STU48 in its first generation in 2017, led the group's sports unit Seto 7, graduated in 2020, and in 2025 stepped away from entertainment to work in PR for a Hiroshima XR company. There's something refreshingly grounded about an idol who chose a quiet second career on her own terms, and she's got the kind of low-key story I find myself rooting for.
