My Take
Booboo Stewart is one of those multi-hyphenate talents who keeps quietly popping up in projects you genuinely love. I first clocked him as Seth Clearwater in the Twilight Saga — a smaller role, sure, but he brought a real warmth to it that stuck with me. Then he showed up as Warpath in X-Men: Days of Future Past, holding his own in a film packed with heavyweights, which takes some nerve. What I find most interesting about him, though, is the Descendants franchise — he played Jay with this easy charisma that made the whole Disney villainy-turned-heroism conceit actually work. And then Julie and the Phantoms reminded everyone that he can genuinely sing. Born in Beverly Hills in 1994, he's still early in his arc, and as someone who also makes visual art, there's clearly a creative depth here that Hollywood hasn't fully tapped yet.
