My Take
For me, Clémence Poésy will always be tied to Fleur Delacour, but reducing her to that role undersells a genuinely interesting career. A French stage child who slipped effortlessly into English-language work, she carries a quiet, almost porcelain restraint that reads as elegance rather than coldness. The 2015 Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres signals how seriously France takes her. What I admire most is that she never seems to chase the spotlight; she chooses texture over flash. She is the kind of actor who deepens a film by underplaying, and that confidence in stillness is rarer than it looks.
