My Take

Cisma is the kind of footballer I quietly admire most: the durable, unglamorous left-back who simply keeps earning minutes. Eight seasons, 182 La Liga appearances, and a tour through Almería, Numancia, Racing Santander, Atlético Madrid and Elche is no accident; clubs of very different sizes all wanted what he offered.
