My Take

Edis Tatli's story moves me more than his record alone. Born in Prizren, Kosovo, and forged into a champion in Finland, he is the embodiment of an immigrant fighter clawing his way up with nothing but his fists. Twice European lightweight champion between 2015 and 2018 and a WBA world title challenger in 2014, he genuinely reached for the summit of the sport.
