Ellen Hollman

Ellen Hollman reads to me as an actress who built her name on physicality before glamour. Her Saxa in Spartacus: Vengeance and War of the Damned was a fully committed warrior turn, and that same athletic intensity carried into Zypher on Into the Badlands. Coming out of Detroit and Troy High in Michigan, she has the grounded, no-shortcut quality I associate with performers who do their own stunt-heavy work. Landing a role in The Matrix Resurrections felt like a fitting payoff for that action-credibility. I see her as a dependable genre lead who earns her place through movement and grit rather than hype.
