Iddo Goldberg

Iddo Goldberg is the sort of actor I keep noticing without quite realizing it's the same person. Born in Haifa, Israel, in 1975, he's moved across British and American television with remarkable ease, from Ben in Secret Diary of a Call Girl to Freddie Thorne in Peaky Blinders, Isaac in Salem, and Bennett Knox in Snowpiercer. What draws me to him is range over flash, the way he disappears into characters and steadies a show rather than dominating it. Having moved to London with his family at ten, he has made British screens his home, and I'd happily follow wherever he turns up next.
