J. B. Blanc

J. B. Blanc is the kind of artist I admire precisely because most audiences know his work without knowing his name. A Paris-born, RADA-trained stage actor who built a second life in Los Angeles voicing animation and video games, he embodies the unglamorous craftsmanship that holds productions together. His turn as the cartel doctor in Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul lingers far longer than its screen time deserves. What interests me is his range from on-camera roles to dub direction, the mark of someone who serves the story rather than his own spotlight. That quiet professionalism is, to me, the real backbone of screen entertainment.
