My Take

I have a soft spot for cornerbacks and safeties who play with swagger, and Jalen Ramsey is the genre's loudest example. A fifth-overall pick out of Florida State, he has spent his career being handed the opponent's best receiver and told to make him disappear. Defensive backs rarely get the spotlight, but a single confident voice like his can stiffen an entire secondary. What impresses me is durability of reputation: from Jacksonville onward, every team that has him leans on him. The bravado is real, but so is the production behind it, and that combination is rarer than people admit.
