My Take
Kevin Feige is, in my view, the great architect of modern blockbuster cinema. From Boston and USC to running Marvel Studios since 2007, he turned a scattered roster of characters into a decade-spanning narrative machine that nobody had truly attempted before. What impresses me is the patience: planting payoffs years in advance and trusting audiences to follow. That is the mind of a chess player, not a gambler, and the Inkpot Award feels almost understated for the scale of what he engineered. I respect his preference to stay behind the work and let the films speak; I am always curious what blueprint he draws next.
