Leon Edwards

Leon Edwards is a fighter whose story matters as much as his record. Born in Kingston and raised in England, he spent years underrated before delivering one of the most dramatic late comebacks the welterweight division has seen to claim the title. What draws me to him is that resilience: the willingness to grind through obscurity rather than chase shortcuts. His 188 cm frame makes him a technical, range-based welterweight that purists appreciate. Even now, sitting at #8 in the rankings, I would not write him off. Men who climb from the bottom tend to find their way back up quietly.
