Molly Holly

What I admire most about Molly Holly is her quiet durability. Coming out of Forest Lake, Minnesota, she built a career without leaning on gimmicks, reinventing herself from Miss Madness and Mona in WCW to a beloved WWE figure, and eventually a trainer and producer. To me, that arc says everything: she understood the craft from both sides of the ropes. I have a soft spot for performers who choose to shape the next generation rather than chase the spotlight forever. Her staying power inside the business, long after her in-ring days, is the truest measure of respect she earned.
