Nagisa Hayakawa

From Chiba, she joined the idol group Pimm's in 2020, picked up a Miss Magazine 2020 reader's award the same year, and now performs with HzMe alongside her gravure work, which tells me she's doing this on her own terms. The 2000s generation tends to get written off as internet kids, but I'd bet on someone this low-key and self-directed to still be around and relevant when the louder names have burnt out. Quietly rooting for her.
