Nick Cannon

Nick Cannon is one of those guys who somehow makes being everywhere at once look effortless. He started out on Nickelodeon's All That as a teenager and never really stopped hustling — Wild 'n Out turned him into a comedy institution, and hosting The Masked Singer proved he could hold a major prime-time show with genuine charisma. He attended Howard University, which says something about where his head was at beyond just chasing fame. Yes, his personal life generates more headlines than most of his projects, but strip that away and you've got a genuinely sharp entertainer who built his own lane as a comedian, host, rapper, and entrepreneur all at once. He earned a Trophée Chopard, which is a Cannes recognition typically given to rising talent — an oddly understated footnote for someone with his reach. Say what you will, Nick Cannon stays in the game on his own terms.
