Omar Benson Miller

Omar Benson Miller is one of those actors who quietly makes every project better without ever screaming for the spotlight, and I mean that as a genuine compliment. Born in Anaheim and later a San Jose State graduate, he brings a grounded, no-nonsense energy to everything he does. His run on CSI: Miami as Walter Simmons was solid work, but it was Ballers where he really found his groove — playing Charles Greane with a big heart and real warmth from 2015 to 2019. The voice work as Raphael in Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was a fun left turn that showed off his range. He's the kind of character actor a show quietly depends on, and any cast is lucky to have him.
