My Take
I find Pitbull endlessly underrated as a businessman disguised as a party rapper. Critics dismissed him for years, but the man built a brand, Mr. Worldwide, out of relentless positivity and Miami hustle, moving from reggaeton and crunk roots to global pop dominance without ever losing the suit-and-sunglasses persona. What I respect most is his consistency: he understood earlier than almost anyone that a rapper could also be an entrepreneur, an education advocate, and a walking motivational speech. The Hollywood Walk of Fame star feels right. He may never be a critics' darling, but he is the rare entertainer who made joy itself a sustainable business model.
