Ryoma Takeuchi

Ryoma Takeuchi struck me early as one of those tokusatsu graduates who refused to be boxed in by good looks. Standing 187 cm with a genuine athletic background, he could have coasted on visuals, yet the Elan d'or and Yujiro Ishihara newcomer awards arrived fast and for good reason. I appreciate that he studied environmental science at Rissho, hinting at a grounded seriousness behind the polish. He sits at an interesting career junction now, and I am keenly watching whether he matures from popular young lead into a genuine character actor of weight.
