My Take
What grabs me about Salvatore Esposito is how he carries Naples in his bones. His Genny Savastano in Gomorrah was menacing yet strangely sorrowful, and that tension is rare in television acting. I admire that he didn't stop there: stepping into Fargo meant leaving the safety of his native language to compete in English, which takes real nerve. Plenty of regional stars stay home; Esposito chose to test himself on a bigger stage. I think the most interesting chapter of his career is still ahead, and I'd happily follow wherever he decides to push next.
