Sam Huntington

Sam Huntington is the sort of actor I instinctively warm to. From Peterborough, New Hampshire, to Hollywood, he broke through young in Jungle 2 Jungle, then settled into memorable turns as Jimmy Olsen in Superman Returns and Josh on Being Human. He's never been the flashiest name, but he brings a likable, grounded warmth and a real comic touch to everything he does. I have a soft spot for craftsmen like him, the working actors who quietly stack up good performances without demanding the marquee. That steadiness, to me, is its own kind of stardom worth celebrating.
