Sebastián Rulli

I have a soft spot for performers who reinvent themselves across borders, and Sebastián Rulli is exactly that. Born in Buenos Aires, he built his career almost entirely in Mexico, earning dual citizenship along the way. To remain a beloved face in the demanding world of telenovelas for decades is no small feat. What draws me to him is the blend of model-era polish with the gravitas an actor gains with age. He strikes me as proof that putting down roots in a second home can deepen, rather than dilute, an artist's identity.
