My Take
What strikes me about Vincent Martella is staying power. Voicing Phineas Flynn for a beloved Disney series since 2007, and being called back for its 2025 revival, is its own quiet achievement. The role demands an irrepressible, sunny energy that wears thin if it isn't authentic, and he has sustained it for years while also putting in solid live-action work like Everybody Hates Chris. I respect performers who can carry both a face and a voice career; it signals real range and reliability rather than a single lucky break. Longevity in a fickle industry is the achievement I value most.
