Wong Kunhang

Hendery is one of those performers who makes everything look effortless, which is honestly a little unfair to the rest of us. As a member of WayV and NCT, this Macau-born rapper-singer-dancer has been quietly stacking credentials since his 2019 debut — smooth rap delivery, footwork that holds its own against some of the best movers in K-pop, and a stage presence that feels genuinely magnetic rather than manufactured. What I find interesting is the Macau angle: that mix of Cantonese, Mandarin, and Portuguese-colonial culture is a genuinely rare background in the idol world, and you can almost feel that cultural flexibility in how he shifts between genres and languages without breaking a sweat. Born in 1999 and already this polished — the ceiling here is nowhere in sight.
